Roasted asparagus with olive oil, Himalayan salt, and shredded parmesan cheese.

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb fresh asparagus
Olive oil spray
Himalayan salt (or sea salt or kosher salt)
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut off thick ends of asparagus.
Spray baking pan with olive oil spray. Lay asparagus in single layer on baking pan. Spray asparagus with olive oil spray.
Sprinkle Himalayan salt on asparagus.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over asparagus. Bake another 7 minutes.
